Shock As President of Colombia wets pants while giving a speech!

Juan Manuel Santos, President of Colombia, was giving an important speech when a wet patch suddenly began to appear on the crotch of his  trousers.
The 62-year-old, who is not known to have any illness, continued with his speech, apparently despite having wet his trousers. .
